What local delicacies can you find on our charcuterie boards?
Mama Maan from Maan Farms creates a wide range of pepper and wine jellies that add that sweet touch with an enticing spicy kick that are a wonderful addition to our boards.
An assortment of dates, figs and dried fruits are imported from over 20 countries around the world and dried by BC’s very own Ayoub’s Nuts located in the Lower Mainland.
Our salami’s are cured for 6 months by Savory Sausage and mixed with whole spices and herbs, creating a delectable experience.
Our cheeses are made by the local artistic cheesemonger Smit’s Cheese. They take pride in producing the best quality cheeses in the Fraser Valley.
We use locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables from Hofstede’s Country Barn.

Our handcrafted boards.
Our one of a kind tri-colour boards are handcrafted from local BC hardwoods including walnut, cherry, and maple. These woods are cut into multiple strips and put together with a strong bonded glue. They are then planed, cut to size and sanded by hand to create an ultra smooth surface ideal for serving. Woodland Charcuterie’s seal of approval is burnt into each board. To finish, each board is treated with several coats of high quality, food grade mineral oil, bringing out the hardwood’s rich colours. No varnishes or stains are used on any of our boards.
